Sebastian Schabehorn is a founding partner of Triton Legal and advises on Corporate and M&A matters, including on transaction-related employment law (transfers of business and works council matters).
His practice covers domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate finance, and the representation of target companies, shareholders and investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle. He regularly advises boards and managing directors on governance, liability exposure and risk management in complex and high-pressure situations.
In 2024 and again in 2025, Handelsblatt recognised Sebastian Schabehorn in its Best Lawyers – Germany’s Best Lawyers ranking as a “Lawyer of the Future” (Ones to Watch).
Sebastian Schabehorn regularly trains managing directors, board members and other senior executives in corporate law and is a lecturer in business law at various universities.
