Stefan Moos is a founding partner of Triton Legal, based in Heidelberg. He advises and represents clients throughout Germany, with a clear focus on strategic litigation before civil courts, arbitral tribunals and criminal courts. His many years of experience make him a dependable partner in resolving complex commercial disputes.
In addition to his litigation expertise, he advises medium-sized enterprises on general commercial law matters as well as on the structuring and negotiation of complex contracts, frequently with an international dimension.
Stefan Moos also advises creditors and managing directors in situations involving imminent or ongoing corporate crises. His work in this area includes preventive advisory services as well as representation in insolvency-related matters, particularly in the field of insolvency avoidance actions.
