For creditors, Attorney Blatz provides comprehensive support in securing and enforcing their claims and interests in restructuring and insolvency proceedings. He represents clients on creditors’ committees and advisory boards, assists in the formation of supplier pools, enforces collateral and security interests, and ensures the proper filing of claims for inclusion in the insolvency schedule.
